I’m still here. This website was originally built as a way to quickly showcase work that prospective employers could review. It’s still useful for that, but clearly way out of date.

I’m working for Block, building internal tools using AI (both as part of our tools, and as tools to build our tools). I’m a prompt monkey who is consuming large amounts of generated code in an effort to try to maintain certain architectural awareness, understanding, and protection.

I see the usefulness of AI in certain domains. I do not see it for other domains. I do not use it for writing copy, but do use it for writing code.

I’m 23 years into this industry now and always learning more about code, business, process, and just getting work done.
